Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping and Handling Charges:
These charges are based on the total weight of the order as when packed for shipping, including dimensional weight in some cases, and are calculated in US pounds.
Before accepting a package from FedEx or any other postal service please look over the box. If the outside is damaged in any way, do not open it. FedEx should open the box in front of you and inspect it for damages. If any damages are found FedEx should document them. The package then should be re-taped and sent back to us.
Please understand that there are many factors which may delay a shipment, such as weather, strikes, or other circumstances which lie beyond our control. Innovatoys cannot be held responsible for such delays. Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and our company is not responsible for them. We are not be responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items either. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.
If we ship you the wrong item, or it arrives defective or damaged, we will work with you to quickly exchange the item. Product may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days after your order has been shipped. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). All returned merchandise must be returned in “new” (resalable) condition (judged by us) with all the original packaging, accessories, manuals and other documentation, etc., included where applicable.
If you change your mind or order the wrong item, we will issue you a refund or store credit for your purchase (minus any shipping and handling fees) within 30 days after your order has been shipped. On select products a 15% restocking fee may also apply. Products marked as “non-returnable”, “clearance” or “close-out” may not be returned. How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
